Those are very good! I did a recipe like that... almost the same. I took white bread that I flattened out and put that under the ham... very good also!
Celine! mmm... eggs in ham cups are my go-to recipe for large brunch groups. I fill mine with egg, asiago cheese, basil, salt and pepper and top with a splash of cream (key ingredient!). 16 minutes in the oven is my magic number.
