A few days ago, we went blueberry picking at Wilmot Orchards but we were only able to stay for a bit.

We ate as we picked but we got rained out soon after and barely picked half a bucket. That's too bad because the blueberries were far better than any we have bought from the store. Hopefully we can go back for some more, soon.

    Beautiful photos. My grandpa has a big blueberry patch and I can safely say that they are indeed the best.

    Yum! Are you going to try to can some of them? That photo of the little unripe berries is one of the prettiest photos I've ever seen. The subtle colours are pretty perfect. xo

    Where I live there are no orchards for people to go and pick berries or other fruits! It's a real pity.

    yummm! i can't wait to go blueberry-picking...they do taste different when you pick them yourself, i think. :)

    i'll have to check out wilmot orchards, too. i've been wanting to pick my own fruits since the beginning of the summer, but i haven't yet, and now summer's almost over (where has it gone?)...
