Slowing down life (because I physically move slower these days), carving out a bit of time to catch up with old friends and meeting some new ones too.
Trish, Nikole and I have been trying to meet up since August and originally it was for ice cream! The insanity of summer turned August into October and we met for a warm brunch on a slightly chilly day instead.
We met at The Depanneur for a lovely homemade breakfast; it was exactly what I needed. The patrons were friendly and it was a nice change of pace to just sit around the table and chat with friends on a Saturday morning.
It was so nice to finally meet you Trish, and I always love the chance to see Nikole again!
All good things I hope :) You are so very welcome! I really love your work and wanted to share that with others :) It really is beautiful and I think your love for the craft shows through your photos.
These are lovely! Thank you so much for taking them. A lot of photos that the press has put up are of The Dep without any of it's patrons in it. It was a nice change to see your beautiful photos in a way that I see The Dep everyday. Thanks again for your support. I hope we can stuff your belly with Ginger's awesome brunch again :)
It looks like it was worth the wait! What a charming place and lovely to meet up with neat ladies. Wonderful shots.
