Hawaii

We took a short trip to Hawaii a few weeks ago where we saw the most beautiful beaches I have ever laid my eyes on. I put my camera down for once and we got our hands dirty to play in the sand with Ellie. Jinny and I took turns jumping in the water whenever Ellie gave us a minute to (it turns out she is afraid of the ocean. We need to work on that!).

These are just small snippets from our trip. Notice how I geeked out to get matching bathing suits with Ellie. Slightly embarrassing but I can't help loving it!

Shana & Dan: summer love

I am always in awe of how beautiful Ontario is and I often wish I had more opportunities to get away from Toronto in the summer. When Shana & Dan invited me to spend the evening on their parents farm outside of the city, I jumped at the opportunity to leave Toronto behind, even for a brief moment.

The farm was idyllic. So peaceful and quiet and their beloved dog Logan was able to run free in the fields. Shana & Dan felt right at home on the farm, their adoration and love for each other is apparent in the photos.

Everything about this evening is the recipe for a perfect summer. This sweet couple basking in golden light, lush green fields, lots of laughter, horses in a field, and baby goats.
