This entire week, Eloise and I have been fighting off a really bad cold. First Eloise had it and since we are together 24/7, I caught it too. She recovered much quicker than I did while mine got worse and worse, the most sick I have been since I was a kid myself! I am usually the one who refuses to go see the doctor or take medicine but it is so bad this time, I couldn't wait to get some drugs.
I feel so much better today. :)

ReplyDeleteHaha! Sometimes drugs are the only way to go. I've been sick for nearly 3 weeks! What started out as a little springtime cold turned into an eye, ear and throat infection. I hadn't been that sick in YEARS. Glad to hear you're feeling much better...

ReplyDeleteOMG, I had the same thing! The little one caught it first but she's done with it in three, four days.... And I'm still very sick. Had to go to a walk-in clinic cause the off the counter stuff isn't cutting it anymore... Now I'm on prescription meds, I'm feeling more like a functioning member of society. I keep thinking, it's good that I'm getting the worse case cause I can take drugs but the little one can't. :P
