The Stop's Night Market 2013
What an incredible way to kick off summer! On Tuesday and Wednesday this week, The Stop held their second annual Night Market where Toronto's chefs, food vendors and artists donated their time and resources for an amazing cause. The vendors served hungry Torontonians from food carts that were designed and built by artists, so every cart was uniquely different.
The tickets sold for $50. All you can eat gourmet street food made by Toronto's finest chefs, and all you can drink. The best part is, the ticket sales go towards The Stops food programs. This year they raised $115,000!!
Gabe, Titus, May and I were asked to photograph the event and I left with a lot of photos and a really happy tummy. (Jin was able to come on the second night to celebrate his birthday!)
Some other exciting news that happened this week, Robber launched their SS13 BFF Lookbook. They had Arden Wray photograph real friends modelling their summer line of clothing. Super fun!! Melinda and I participated and I loved how all the photos turned out! All the girls look babelicious!

ReplyDeleteGreat shots! It's so much fun (says the girl holding five donuts!). I'd highly recommend attending next year. It's great charitable event combining food and design.
ReplyDeleteYou did a beautiful job of capturing the atmosphere. I wish we had an event like that here in Calgary -- it looks so freeing and fun!
ReplyDelete+ $50 for a ticket is pennies! What a generous price!
